Excellent job repairing my roof would recommend highly

JI roofing performed a complete roof replacement on our home, which included installation of a GAF certified roof with intake vents, new gutters, and two new bathroom exhaust fans. They did an amazing job on many levels: a) the craftsmanship was superb (our next door neighbor said we now have the best roof on the block); b) everything stipulated in the contract was fulfilled to a â tâ (we received our GAF certification within 2 weeks); c) as the work was ongoing, and concerns came up for me and my wife, everything was fully addressed to our liking (for example, we were concerned about the placement of one of the fans. The crew continued to work on it until we were happy with the installation); d) in comparison to other GAF certified roofers, JI Roofing had by far the best price, with the same level of guarantee and service. In addition to the great work and price, Jacob, who ran the project, was personable and easy to work with, and very knowledgeable in explaining everything to me and my wife. I give my utmost recommendation to JI Roofing for anyone who is shopping for a roof!

Jacob called the same day I requested an estimate. We made an appointment for the next day. When he arrived he was prepared and knowledgeable, and when he left we knew exactly what we were getting. We picked him over two other contractors. The roof was done within the week and took only one day to remove the old roof and install the new roof. It was well done and looks great. On the second day he installed , as requested, oversized gutters with guards to prevent leaf accumulation. Price gave good value.

This was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor. Jacob and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Jacob was able to stay within our budget. Cost that was estimated is what was invoiced at the end of the job. We started off with just getting our roof replaced but then decided to put a new roof and siding on our garage. Everything was done within two days. Left the outside of our house spotless. I recommend JI Roofing to everyone that needs to get their roof and or siding done.

Jacob knows his stuff. Very professional with the way he described the work to be done, explaining his qualifications and the warranty that comes with the job. He did exactly what I envisioned the work would be.

I requested estimates via home advisor. Jacob called me and came to provide an estimate the next day. He went on the roof, took photos, and then provided an estimate. I wanted the job done quick, as the roof was leaking. The next day available due to his schedule and the weather was the Thursday. But, he came on the Tuesday and put on a temporary tarp in preparation for Wednesday's rain. Not many would offer that service. They completed the job in one day, cleaned up, and did everything they promised. If you want a roof. Call Jacob.

Jacob was only contractor to fully inspect roof during estimate. He and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, the way they promised. They were neat and clean and thorough.

Was very pleased with the roofing job, excellent work, nice clean up, the crew completed the work in one day. But after a month and several requests I still have not received a paid in full invoice or the guarantee paperwork for the roof

He was detail oriented and fixed additional things that needed attention. was competitively priced, had a great crew, started and finished the work on time per schedule and left the home immaculate after installing a new asphalt roof, installing new Azek facer boards and new gutters with leaf screens, installed a new attic fan and reinforced flashing around 3 skylights. I have more work to be done and have already decided to hire Jacob again.

Excellent.. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had a new roof installed, new Azek facer boards installed with new gutters on entire home and 2-car garage. Men were courteous, job was done on time, Jacob even did little extra things that needed attention and left the home neat as a pin. A pleasure to work with and absolute gentleman. I have more jobs lined up for him and his crew.

Jacob was a pleasure to work with. He pays attention to details which I appreciate. We installed a new roof over our new back porch. We have a flat roof over our sunroom that we wanted JI to extend over our new back porch. They framed out the space and installed the roof in the same day. We also had 2 high hats installed and an exterior light that was existing moved to the side of the roof they installed. We also had new wood railings installed on the new porch. The porch was done by someone else. But Jacob was really careful not to damage the new pavers with the posts they were installing for the support for the new roof and railings. Jacob noticed that the railings were not secure to his liking because the siding was not finished at the time. But that was on me because I had another company working on my siding because of my warranty with them. But without me mentioning it first, Jacob said to call him as soon as the siding was finished so that he can secure the new railings he installed to the house. He even recommended a good painter to paint the railings to my liking. Overall I was very happy with the end product. Jacob is very professional. He is very thorough. He also installed a new gutter to replace the one we had so that it covers the entire back space. His price was a little over our budget, but the job they did was worth every penny.

The Crew arrived early made sure area around house was protected.
