Michael, the Foreman came to give us quotes for doing our siding. We were quoted one side and advised that doing all other sides wouldn't be that much more since the workers were already here and the materials were available. we agreed to all sides. The men started the work and finished in a few days. There was no updated paperwork for the quote. low and behold, the final invoice did not reflect the price that was quoted. Supposedly, the price that was given to us for all sides, was IN ADDITION to the original quote for the one side. That is not how it was communicated to us. A few weeks later, we reached out to them as we noticed that after their siding job was completed, our gutters aren't catching the rain water as it did before and rain pours down our front door perfusely. We called and left several messages, sent many emails and no response. It's 4 months later and they still have not acknowledged any of our calls or messages. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION

I paid top dollar for this job itâ s only five dollars a linear foot for Vinyl siding they shouldâ ve been a $2500 job. They charge me $5000 because I told him I was in a bind that I needed it done because an inspector was coming to the house, so he just took a vantage of me, he took my kindness for weakness. Iâ m happy to get rid of Nick. Iâ ll never hire him for anything that we do in the future. It was worth all the money to get rid of him and find out what type of guy youâ d be dealing with in the future. Good luck Nick you need it.

These guys are smooth talkers! I contacted them about a leak on the roof of my building . The proposal was $50,000. Told me the work need permit. To remove old shingles and replace them with new. Seal and water proof cracks and crevices. They came one weekend without a permit and put the new shingles on top of the old rotted ones. They told my super not to say anything. By this time I paid them $38,000 The leak never was fixed. After calling numerous times they came back and tried to flash pieces of the roof where water was under the rubber! I sent a letter from an attorney to sue them for the bad job done . I now have to pay another company $40,000 to fix the problem that was never taken care of . I am advising the not to endorse this company. My lawyer will also include in the law suit.

Five star repaired a leak around my chimney. I still have a leak in the exact place. I called them numerous times to fix it. They always push me off,. I am tired of being pushed around. They have a ten year warranty. I have to report them to Better Business Bureau and every concerned agency.

Five Star replaced the old roof sealant system in one day as promised, and gave me a 15 year warranty. I went with Nick because he is very knowledgeable about roofing and could help me navigate my roof repair from sealant to choice of tile. Nick is a conscientious contractor, and cares about his reputation for taking care of his clients.

So far so good. After a hard rain it help up perfectly.

The workmanship on the roof and the ceiling is excellent. The workers were considerate, polite and careful to observe social distancing, which was very important to us with a senior in the home.
