ABC Roofing

Kadri and his team were exceptional! My house, built in the 50s, had a roof leak in a section of the roof that was flat. The roof had been replaced about 15 years ago. ABC recommended changing the shingles with a peel & stick rubber roof for the flatter part of our roof. They explained why, with pictures of my and other roofs. They told us that the underlying plywood was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced, but explained why we had a leak. They didn't try to upsell me, just genuinely told me what needed to be done, and did it in a way that built trust. Why 5 stars?: First, their estimate came in lower than another company I also sourced from Angi. Secondly, they were very responsive to my messages. Third, they scheduled their work around my availability and showed up early and finished on time. Finally, they did high-quality, timely, and thorough work. I'd rehire them in a minute. In fact, we are considering having them fix siding and install leaf filters for our gutters.

Kadre came on time to provide me with an estimate for replacing a skylight. The estimate was very thorough. He showed me pictures and videos of what he saw while on my roof and took the time to explain everything from why the skylight was leaking, the steps he would take to complete the job as well as the materials he would be using. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. Also while he was on the roof he recommended fixing two gutters ( which I already new I had to get fixed) and was able to give me an honest price on those as well. When it came time to do the repair, he came four days after the estimate (on a Sunday because it worked best for me) and again was right on time. The whole job of replacing the skylight and fixing the gutters only took a few hours. They cleaned up any debris and again reviewed the job he did with pictures and video from the roof ( which is a big help since I don’t like going on the roof). Before leaving I was made aware that he also does siding. He gave me an on the spot estimate to do that job as well and I am already sure that I will be using him for that in the spring. I only write reviews when I have an absolutely terrible experience to warn others or in this case when the company is extraordinary and goes above and beyond. I can without hesitation recommend this company

I would highly recommend them. They fixed a leaking roof for me. They were available quickly for an estimate and to do the work. The price they gave was more than reasonable especially compared to other estimates. They work fast but accurate. Took pictures as they went along to show me. Clean up was perfect. Can't forget to mention the customer service was beyond great.
