Kevin was friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, but forgot one of the screens he had agreed to make. He is going to make the screen and come back . He did a good job on the other repairs. A pair of windows he fixed (they wouldn't stay up) squeaked- they needed silicone spray which he didn't have. I purchased some and now they work fine.
