The last time I was in for an oil change we noticed the front bumper trim was baddly damaged and they checked the battery which I thought may be getting to the end of it's usable life. The battery was near the end of it's life and so we ordered a battery and the lower trim for the bumper. I came in first thing in the morning and within less than an hour the work was complete and I was on my way. Sloan and his competent crew are always looking to keep my vehicle in first class shape and functioning as the manufacturer intended. They won't recommend you repair something until it is truely at the end of it's usable life. But, safety is paramount and they will not let me drive away with a problem that has not been addressed.

He specializes in Audi and BW. I would recommend him highly. I've probably spent $3,000 with him. He is very good. He knows Audi and BW very well. He won't work on a car he doesn't know. We now have a Volvo and he chases me away and says he doesn't want a thing to do with me. He is very approachable and very fair with his price. I will absolutely continue to use him.
