"He did a good and neat job installing the ceiling lights. 1) We did not like the the fact that he had to borrow a ladder from us because he said his broke that day. 2) Unlike other contractors, he did not wear booties. 3) One of the light switches was installed in reverse. It was easy enough for me to open the panel and fix it. 4) He did not give us the receipt."

Jim has been in the business for years so he's really experienced at doing installs of the ductless A/C units whereas so many contractors these days have "jumped in" and don't know what they are doing.
