I had a perfect experience with a new installation of a bathroom fan. He was communicative, helpful, and came in under budget. While he was here doing the work, I mentioned a question about an unrelated project that required a new outlet be installed. He was able to get that done the same day and saved us a lot of headache. Would absolutely work with Arrow again!

Mike is the best of the best. A great guy, a skilled craftsmen, he cares about the work he does and it shows in the result. He ran a 240V line, installed a GFI shutoff, wired the hot tub, and I feel like a smarter (and definitely safer) human being as a result of spending the day with him. The work looks great and works great. I cannot recommend him more highly.

From the initial phone call (which was promptly returned) Mike was consummate, knowledgable professional. Mike was very nice and professional. He replaced a bunch of toggle switches with dimmer switches and solved the issue I was having with a hardwired video doorbell system. I already have plans to have him come back to help with a few additional projects. Very pleased. Thank you!

Great; Mike quickly figured the best route to run the wire ( from garage to basement ) and got the job completed without issue.

He did a nice job of getting this done the best way possible. This wasn't easy, so I was impressed with how he made a difficult task look easy. He will also help me with a ceiling fan in the near future.

Great. Mike did an awesome job. There was not a definite problem so he tried three different things until the last one finally fixed the problem. Mike was very knowledgeable and a really nice man. I would readily recommend him to someone, in fact, I have to a family member.

Arrow Electric was fantastic. I called before the holidays and left a message. Mike called me right back and said he would be able to get to my job in the new year. He did a great job in installing a wall sconce for me and hard wiring it. He was very nice and pleasant. Also, his pricing is very reasonably priced and I felt very comfortable with the work he performed. I would definitely hire him again and already have a couple of jobs in the pipeline for him.

I called Mike because we wanted a backup generator to power the house during outages. He very patiently walked me through all of our different options, and was extremely honest in explaining the advantages & disadvantages of each. Mike was very understanding of our budget, and guided us to a solution that gave us everything we wanted, but at about $6000 less than what we were quoted for a whole home back-up. He helped us source everything we needed prior to coming on site for the wiring/install, and was extremely knowledgeable in what products were best, where to find them the cheapest, etc. As far as the install/wiring, we've done a bunch of work with Mike, he's a great guy and he does great work, and this was no different. He installed a power inlet, interlockit on our main breaker, as well as two additional outdoor outlets, all before lunch. He also helped us test our new generator, and showed us the best way to use it safely & efficiently. We feel really lucky to have an electrician we can trust as much as Mike. He's always felt like he had our back, and was trying to find the best, cost-effective solution for my wife and me and we very much appreciate it. If you need electrical work done, do yourself a favor and call Mike.

Mike was on-time and extremely courteous. He listened to my explanation of the situation, tracked the problem and successfully solved it. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he explained what he was doing in a way I could easily understand. I will definitely hire him again.

Mike is the best electrician one can hope for. He is expert, professional, punctual, personable, and explains what he is doing and why. He worked for over four hours without taking a break and left out no detail. There was no need to ask him to come back to change or fix anything, because he did not neglect anything. We would not hesitate to call him in the future. And he did it all at a very reasonable price.

Michael was fantastic - very responsive and professional with great communication skills throughout the course of the job. Arrow Electric is fantastic! Michael responded almost immediately to my phone call. So many electricians I tried never even had the courtesy of returning my call. His work was neat and perfect. We are so happy that we have found a great electrician that we would definitely call again and refer to our friends!

It went extremely well. Mike returned my initial call to him within the day. He showed up at my house on the agreed upon day and time. Excellent! Such a great experience. Mike took the time to study the job and come up with the best possible solution for wiring and hanging a 6 ft neon. The outcome was amazing. He left the job site spotless, which is an added bonus. :) I will definitely be using him for all my future electrical services.

This issue was a very quick fix. We mostly communicate via text message since I work odd hours and calls would disturb me. Mike is punctual and notifies me if he will be delayed for some reason. He has never cancelled an appointment, which can be rare with contractors. He has fixed at least two other electricians' sub-par work, but he does not bad-mouth anyone, he shows me what was incorrect/unsafe and how he will fix it. He does not dawdle or waste time. He is working the entire time he is at our home. We have had multiple other electricians and contractors do electrical work in our home, but I have never felt as sure of any of their work as I am with Mike. I highly recommend him for jobs both simple and complex.  While he did not charge me for this particular small job, I have found his prices fair and reasonable the past 5-6 times that he has done work in our home.
