Nick took the time to understand our vision, explaining through some of the logistics of accomplishing our goals, & even recommended some alternatives we never would have considered. The quality of that personal experience was enough to convince me he was the guy for the job. He & his workers were all very professional, & he took several mid-project requests or additions in stride, never making me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Communication throughout the process was great, & any delays due to materials, etc were always very transparent. The final product was better than I could have ever imagined, & the quality & attention to detail was impeccable. In the past when using larger firms, I often felt uncomfortable asking questions; feeling as though I was being viewed as a nuisance. The customer experience was very lacking, almost like a â Walmartâ caliber where our project was just another number. That couldnâ t be further from the experience we got from Nick & his team.
