They were so spectacular and skilled in finishing we had asked them to take on new projects as soon as they could (and they made it happen!) Specifically, they took what looked like a sad construction site with lopsided beams and poor drywall cuts and edges, shotty mudding and tile work (done by an awful contractor) and transformed our house into a place we can finally start calling a home. They assessed the issues with my leaking and bowing basement wall, and patiently explained why replacing it was the right solution (and merely propping it up wasn't). They carried out the work in early summer 2025, along with an exterior sump pump, and sorted out problems related to rotten beams they encountered along the way. I highly suggest you remain on site on their working days so you can learn about and consult on the work, which is interesting in itself. "It went well. Price seemed reasonable, and work commenced only a few days after the first payment. The whole job took about a week. The large boulder proved difficult, but the workers managed to clear it with a jackhammer. A reasonable fee was negotiated for this. one week later, we had our new pool patio, wall, and steps. Our front roof downspout was re-routed around the pool and a U-drain was installed to direct runoff from the patio away from the house. Everything was done as agreed and Mr. Sheehan was very responsive."
