"We didn't think we were having much luck when the tenant in our rental house called early on a Sunday morning to tell us the sinks were backing up. We called several local plumbers but they were not responsive. Our luck changed for the good when we called JSP Sewer & Drain Cleaning. Despite the fact it was early on Sunday morning, the owner, Joe, answered on the second ring. Explained the problem and he said he would be there in an hour. Joe showed up in less than an hour and went straight to work. The initial problem proved to be part of a bigger problem as the rental is an older house and had been renovated a few times. Joe reassured us and said he would find the problem and fix it. Joe was true to his word, he is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen and he knows his craft well. He has state of the art equipment, knows when and how to use it and because of his experience, knows how to fix it. I will not hesitate to call him again should we need his services and I will recommend him to my family and friends also. I should add that his fees were very reasonable and that he was very responsive, was at the job when he said he would be there and always keep us informed. Lastly, Joe is a veteran. He answered the call when our country called and he'll answer your call."

We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I. "The repairman came exactly at time promised. $$$to walk in door but I knew that up front. He did a good job and he went to Home Depot to purchase the item I needed since we are Seniors and haven’t been shopping in big stores. The repair took some time because screws under sink were very rusted and he had to drill/saw off. He worked hard it was hot and cramped under the sink. The bill was over $750. But that included my new sink faucet set my husband asked him to snake out stall shower drain and he was happy to accommodate us. But then there was a new added charge of $85 so our bill with taxes labor and a new kitchen faucet set was over $850. time spent including HDepot shopping was about 3 1/2 hrs I think while he was gone he went to someone else to do a snake out job. He mentioned something like that and that what made my husband to ask him to do ours. The look on our faces must have given him a conscience because he called his boss and asked if he could give us a Senior/veteran discount . Which covered the snake out. I’m told these are the going rates today unfortunately SS doesn’t take take these types of repair into consideration when do raises ."
