At a neighbor's recommendation, I called Miles because I wanted to replace a toilet. Even though it was not an emergency, Myles made an appointment within days to quote, took my printout from a local supplier of the toilet we wanted, and made an appointment to return in a few days to do the installation. The cost of the toilet was included in the quote. His assistant Eddie arrived promptly with the toilet as scheduled, and in an hour, the work was done, the old toilet removed, and everything clean and tidy. I called Myles a few days later and said that the flush mechanism was not working well. Myles and Eddie stopped by, checked it, and determined it was defective and replaced it with a new mechanism from the stock in their truck without charge. I couldn't ask for better service!

Cant say enough good things about Myles and his crew. They were on time, professional, fast, and did a great job. We scheduled to replace 3 toilets in the house and Myles pointed out that 1 of them just needed an adjustment and was working fine. He made the adjustment needed and saved us the cost of the replacement and the parts! They made no mess and were courteous enough to take off their shoes during the bad weather ! I would Highly recommend them and would call on them again for any future plumbing or heating projects.

I can not say enough positive statements about Myles and Vinny. They were so quick and mindful of my home. I was very concerned about the pipe they were removing in the ceiling over my bed. They were incredibly neat with NO unnecessary damage. Their prices were fair. Excellent communication THROUGHOUT the entire process. I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again!

These guys are great! They always show when scheduled and if they can't -- because delivery of parts is delayed, etc. -- they called to let me know. Myles even came out about 9:30 one night to help me with a plumbing issue I was freaking out about. I recommend JP Plumbing & Heating 100%

JP Plumbing came out and gave estimate and timeline to replace my water heater. Myles right on with his timeline (a few days to achedule) to install. The work was clean, neat and all debris removed timely. The price was right and as quoted. I would recommend JP Plumbing for a heater install and am looking to hire them again for some other work in my home.

Highly recommend this company. Punctual, clean, excellent work, and reasonable. They truly care about helping their clients and do a wonderful job.

Myles of JP Plumbing was the definition of amazing. I had a hidden leak and called him after normal business hours. He answered immediately and after explaining my issue to him he knew it was something that needed to be handled immediately. He arrived at my house within a half hour and began fixing the issue. Within minutes the leak was fixed and his speedy response minimized further damage that may have caused me more trouble. Would definitely recommend!
