"I wanted to get my attic insulated. First, I reviewed what materials would be best to use, what a quality inspection of the work to be done should consist of, estimates for the work to be done. Then I obtained three proposals for the jobs. One was ridiculously high. The lowest was based on a cursory inspection and accompanied by legalese language mentioning that the initially quoted price was subject to change, that a lien could be placed on the property, etc. I selected JJ&Kâ s proposal. It was based on a thorough inspection, and the price was in line with my expectations. Alfredo Oleasâ team was professional and courteous. They did what I would consider a quality job. They followed required safety precautions and cleaned up after the work. Alfredo was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend his company."

"We got a couple of estimates to spray the cellar sills where the house meets the foundation. We chose Foamcoinc because of the knowledge of the person that came and gave us an estimate...I think his name was Dave. He had some good ideas on how to spray and seal under the bay windows, left samples of the foam with us, and some more information. I thought that was great so I could make a more informed decision. Not to mention the 'R' value of the foam he would use was much higher than the other company's and he price matched the other company's price in his estimate! They showed up about a half hour early, which was slightly inconvenient. Thank goodness my husband was home since I just got out of the shower when the doorbell rang. They came in and went right to work. They did everything they said they were going to do and a bit more than expected. The thickness of the spray insulation was thicker than they specified and they were neat and clean! A great experience! Try them out for yourself! I will be calling them for when I am ready to do the attic."

"I had found HV Home Solutions on an online search for professionals in my area for insulation. We were dealing with a cold house that was drafty and were looking to get an evaluation done to keep the house a bit warmer. Michael was very responsive, he was fast to respond to my inquiry, come to provide and estimate and start the job. He was able to show me colder areas in the house and provide solutions to rectify them. We ended up hiring him to install blown cellulose insulation in the attic and then added on some additional jobs that he suggested for the house including sealing off a drafty closet that was built into the knee wall, sealing the rim joist of the house in our basement and adding some insulation to the exterior walls of our family room. Michael even found an area in our basement that was not closed off, finding an open area that was hidden by some batt insulation leading to the Bilco door entry area and he was able to close that off and stop any cold air and drafts from coming into the house. He was even able to install new attic stairs for us- a job that he did beautifully. Michael was always available for questions and answered his phone every time I called. Even after the job was complete, he was still accessible for any question I had.
