"This gentleman is a certified master plumber. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called him at about 1:30 pm and he was at our house by 5:00 pm replacing our sump pump. Not only did he complete the work as required, he made some suggestions that should end up lengthening the service of the new sump pump (which was a better pump than that replaced).
