"We didn't think we were having much luck when the tenant in our rental house called early on a Sunday morning to tell us the sinks were backing up. Despite the fact it was early on Sunday morning, the owner, Joe, answered on the second ring. Explained the problem and he said he would be there in an hour. Joe showed up in less than an hour and went straight to work. The initial problem proved to be part of a bigger problem as the rental is an older house and had been renovated a few times. Joe reassured us and said he would find the problem and fix it. Joe was true to his word, he is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen and he knows his craft well. He has state of the art equipment, knows when and how to use it and because of his experience, knows how to fix it. I will not hesitate to call him again should we need his services and I will recommend him to my family and friends also. I should add that his fees were very reasonable and that he was very responsive, was at the job when he said he would be there and always keep us informed. Lastly, Joe is a veteran.
