"Hire these guys! They performed a cleaning that was very reasonably priced. There was a problem with the furnace that the installer (NOT Polar) caused (loose wires in the control box) that came to light later after the cleaning. Polar came out, found the problem, fixed it, and didn't charge me even though Omar the repair technician and i had discussed how the problem had certainly been poor installation.
