"Sometimes you just get lucky. We got super lucky when we hired D. Rohde to fix our A/C. Our technician Mike A. showed up with a helper/trainee, explained the estimate fees and then went to work. In less than 10 minutes he was able to identify the defective part, return to the truck for a new replacement part, and then install the new item. In under 30 minutes our main central A/C was back up and running. The second (upstairs) central air unit took another 10 minutes to diagnose and then about 40 minutes of grueling work in a super-hot attic to drain out the overflow tray, cut, blow-out the drain line, and repair the drain. Once drained, the unit is again working perfectly. It is great when a technician shows up and really is an expert. Mike A. is such an expert and also extremely friendly. Brandon, the assistant/trainee was also great and someday will make a great technician using all the knowledge learned from Mike's expert tutelage. I will recommend these guys to everyone I meet."

"Tim was a true professional from beginning to end on this job. We had an 1870s rear foundation wall with a water problem that everyone else kept telling us to spray foam and forget about. Tim was the only one who we felt really had an understanding of how to permanently fix our water issue. The artistry and attention to detail in choosing/placing the stones elevates the installation to something truly special. Since our primary residence is 90 minutes away, we greatly appreciated the numerous photos, texts, and calls to update us on progress, as well as Rock 'N Garden's reliability, timeliness, and punctuality. "I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."
