Their office responded promptly to my phone message, and their sales rep Andrei scheduled an appointment within a couple days after my call. Andrei presented as friendly and knowledgeable, with a professional presentation of the kind of roofing options I would have, paired with the quality of the shingles being proposed. I agreed to hire the company for my roof replacement, and they called within 3 weeks (sooner than promised) to schedule the job. The team arrived on time, working efficiently enough to complete the work in a single day. Apart from the apparent quality of the installation, I was impressed with how attentively and thoroughly the team cleaned up during and after the job.
