"Going only on the basis of positive online reviews, I invited Utica Roof Pros to provide an estimate for replacement of my office roof. Their office responded promptly to my phone message, and their sales rep Andrei scheduled an appointment within a couple days after my call. Andrei presented as friendly and knowledgeable, with a professional presentation of the kind of roofing options I would have, paired with the quality of the shingles being proposed. I agreed to hire the company for my roof replacement, and they called within 3 weeks (sooner than promised) to schedule the job. The team arrived on time, working efficiently enough to complete the work in a single day. Apart from the apparent quality of the installation, I was impressed with how attentively and thoroughly the team cleaned up during and after the job. I was glad that the reviews I had read were valid; I was highly satisfied with Utica Roof Pros, and would recommend them to anyone needing quality roofing and prompt responsiveness."
