"I had ice dams on my roof which made water trickle down my upstairs bedroom walls. I posted on Angi and within hours Brian called. I told him the problem, he gave me details of what needed to be done and explanations of prices. Very good communication; he was in constant contact with me as things progressed. He said he was very busy with other customers, but made it a priority to get to my roof right away. He sent his crew (Very friendly) in a timely manner early in the morning. They shoveled the roof and removed very large ice chunks. Brian reached out to me that afternoon to see if the leak stopped (yes) and if everything was to satisfaction (Yes). "This company was amazing to work with. They were initially supposed to do part of the roof, but ended up doing the full roof for a very competitive price. The only place where I would take away points is how the owner collected payment. He seemed very offputting and rude when it was time to make payment as if we were not going to pay him for the job."
