He said he was very busy with other customers, but made it a priority to get to my roof right away. He sent his crew (Very friendly) in a timely manner early in the morning. They shoveled the roof and removed very large ice chunks. Brian reached out to me that afternoon to see if the leak stopped (yes) and if everything was to satisfaction (Yes). Would recommend based on exceptional communication alone. Would definitely recommend!"

Service was super quick--next day even. And he not only did what he said he would do to fix leak and remedy another area that was similar to leak, but he remedies 2 other small locations & even cleaned the garage roof off from debris--without even being asked.
