"Going only on the basis of positive online reviews, I invited Utica Roof Pros to provide an estimate for replacement of my office roof. Their office responded promptly to my phone message, and their sales rep Andrei scheduled an appointment within a couple days after my call. Andrei presented as friendly and knowledgeable, with a professional presentation of the kind of roofing options I would have, paired with the quality of the shingles being proposed. I agreed to hire the company for my roof replacement, and they called within 3 weeks (sooner than promised) to schedule the job. The team arrived on time, working efficiently enough to complete the work in a single day. Apart from the apparent quality of the installation, I was impressed with how attentively and thoroughly the team cleaned up during and after the job. "This company was amazing to work with. They were initially supposed to do part of the roof, but ended up doing the full roof for a very competitive price. The only place where I would take away points is how the owner collected payment. He seemed very offputting and rude when it was time to make payment as if we were not going to pay him for the job."
