"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. He is extremely courteous and professional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM for any plumbing or water treatment needs. Ken H., New Paltz, NY."

"Although we decided not to go ahead with the remodel, I did want to say that Radical Renovations was very timely responding, extremely professional, and very friendly to deal with. They came to our house a number of times to take measurements and ask questions, and they provided a detailed, written estimate of what the project would entail and cost. If we were going ahead with our renovations, we would use Radical Renovations, and I highly recommend them based on our limited experience."

"John and his apprentice are great, friendly & personable people. They came right away and took care of my plumbing problem. They worked with me on prices and are very affordable!
