Paul advised me of exactly what he was going to do and gave me choices of which he explained the advantages and disadvantages. He went along with my choices. He was punctual, responded to my telephone calls promptly. He left the work area as he found it. He has a really nice personality. I am planning on using his services again and would highly recommend him as a plumber. On the plus side he is a sole proprietor which to me means that he cares about his work more then a large company that has many employees."
