"The owner came himself three days in a row even on Easter Sunday. The nursing-squirrel was trapped but not harmed. Then the brood was removed without harm and placed in a nesting box and then the mother was reunited with the brood. She then, as the owner explained to me would take them elsewhere. The owner also put a small grill over superfluous exhaust duct which was the entry-point of the squirrel. There was next to no damage in opening the soffit to extract the liter (five baby squirrels)."

"John came out and explained everything to me. He also showed me where there was a hive near my shutters. He was thorough and very professional. He also spoke to me about maintenance/tick control since this is a problem throughout the Hudson valley with homeowners. Lastly he showed me the hive and informed me that in about 3 or 4 days tops there will be no more yellow jacket activity...well, the next day I checked and nothing!
