"Their employee arrived and was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Rather than just doing work and charging me for something that might solve the issue, he walked me through some options. We decided a new toilet would be best. Unfortunately with COVID-19 protocols, I have not been able to have them back. They went ahead and ordered all the materials needed ahead of time and are storing it until we can get the job. I look forward to having them back when this is all through."

"My wife and I hired Joe to redo our kitchen including electrical, countertops, cabinets, as well as new appliances. His work was exceptional! He even made a custom backsplash! We were so pleased, not just with his work, but with his honesty and care to do the job rightly for us that we hired him again to redo our basement. "My well is 300 feet deep and for 22 years our water was great. It started getting funky and then we had no water. I used Angi at about 11pm and within 10 minutes Ed from water works called and he came out 2 days later and put in a new pump. I am a DIYer and can say I rarely hire people. I hired Ed and he did a fantastic job. He explained everything he was doing, cleaned up and used quality American products. I researched a lot of plumbers and only on Eds reviews did they mention changing pumps. Honestly if I was younger I probably would have attempted to do it myself but after watching it without the proper equipment there is no way. But Ed took the care I would have and am very very pleased. Here's to having great water for another 20 plus years. Don't hesitate to hire water works."
