"This is a fantastic organization. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because my experience was the best I have ever had working with a contractor. The Project Manager (Josh) was always available for questions from us and available for the installers. He was a very knowledgeable individual. Management (Todd) was very visible during our installation and this entire organization gave more than 100% in the completion of our installation. I just hope that if and when we have future needs it will be within this organization's realm. I have been spoiled and cannot imagine working with any other contractor for any of our future needs."

"The owner is great to work with. Keep you updated on everything. The painter is superb and easy to get along with. They (company) go out of their way to make sure you are happy. You can't beat them, I highly recommend you call and use them."

"Gary, and his crew have been amazing from minute one. Price is spot on, timing has been what was promised, quality of work is exactly what i needed; perfection. I will be hiring this organization for my next project as well."

"????? After another company came in and completely messed up our deck project, we were frustrated and unsure who to trust. Thankfully, we called Modern Building & Contracting, and honestly, we only wish we had found them first! James and Mike came out, listened to our concerns, and immediately put us at ease. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and committed to doing the job right. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished deck turned out absolutely beautiful. My family and I couldn?t be happier with the results. It?s clear that they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. If you?re looking for a reliable contractor who delivers quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service, we highly recommend Modern Building & Contracting. "We have had (and are currently doing more) several projects done with JLC Contracting over the past few years. Dozens of replacement windows, new doors, front facade replaced to stone, deck replacement, complete gut and remodel of our on suite bathroom. Not to mention so many small projects. I can’t properly express how THRILLED we are with all the work done. Jose (Owner) and crew are experts at the highest level. Absolutely incredible work done on every project! Also, Jose is one of the best people I have ever met in general. If you need home construction done at an exceptional level, fair price and overall great experience, I highly recommend JLC Contracting!"

"Very well and professionally done."

"It went great and the end product was just what we wanted. There is a photo and review on their Facebook page. We made sure to have all of our needs and specs clearly worked out prior to the build. There were a couple style changes but they were easily dealt with. We plan on having more work done by All Trades Cortland."
