"F.A.S.T. Property Services did a complete master bath remodeling project for us. At our first interview, Matthew Smith fully explained everything to us using terms we could easily understand. We asked Matthew many questions which he patiently and pleasantly answered. He even gave us helpful suggestions as to how the project could be improved-things we never even considered. Some contractors that we interviewed told us that our Jacuzzi had to be cut up and removed in pieces, creating extra dust, increased costs, and possibly increasing the risk of damages to our home. Matthew and Stephen removed the Jacuzzi in one piece without any damage or inconvenience to us. The walk-in shower that they installed to replace the Jacuzzi tub came out just as we were told. Matthew Smith’s tile work was phenomenal. We told him his tile work was artistic! You could tell he took the time to make everything just perfect, a sign of a quality contractor. Matthew and Stephen kept us informed every step of the way and we felt like this was a partnership. On a scale of 1-10, we would give them a 12! We were very pleased with the results and we would not hesitate to hire Matthew and Stephen for future projects.
