Review H&K Contracting is the most reliable and professional contractor in Westchester. When I purchased my home in 2012 Hans and his team were highly recommended by locals in Bronxville, Pelham and Rye. The first job started with a floor refinishing, huge wallpaper removal and painting project and turned into a great trusting relationship. Over the next 12 years they renovated my home top to bottom; New windows, exterior painting, kitchen, 5 baths and basement. Two years ago they did a complex build of an external garage and regrading of my property; which included hardscaping, fencing and dry well installation. Hans held my hand through all stages of my projects, architecture renderings, permits, interfacing with local government. He knows his profession, is incredibly reliable, has the highest quality workmanship and standards.

I hired this contractor to redo the tiles in my kitchen. It was the first time that they installed an apron pattern. The end results was very good. I would recommend them.

Hans is a very ethical & knowledgeable person to work with. And his crew were wonderful. We hired them to gut & renovate our bathroom & install wood floors, in our kitchen. And they didn't just do the job, to get it done & move on to the next one. They made suggestions, throughout the entire process, to enhance every aspect of the renovation. Which allowed us to utilize the space, to its maximum potential, as well as, make it more visually appealing. This was our first major remodel and we were very nervous to hire a contractor. We interviewed half a dozen contractors. Hans came in the middle of our bidding range, and we felt comfortable with him. Hans was patient with our indecisiveness, but he always had a plan. The job was well executed and all of the guys were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Before and throughout the remodel, Hans communicated via email and text so that we always knew we were on the same page. Also, the price he quotes is the price you pay. Huge relief! We will definitely use them again.

They did the job on time and in a very clean manner. We got two bathrooms (one powder room and one shower stall) remodeled. They were very thorough and finished the job in less than 9 days. They were helpful in providing feedback to enhance the looks and to add value. Sometimes we missed on some supplies and they took care of it. They also repaired the ceiling of kitchen and corridor. They installed new toilet/sink/mirror/tiles/light fixtures. They also recommended certain stores which were helpful for us to pick out designs/plumbing supplies/tiles etc. They were professional and helpful.

Precision completed the job to our satisfaction in less time than expected. They were courteous, clean and did a quality job.

Hans had great suggestions for improvememts to the existing lay-out of our bathroon; moving the toilet to allow space for linen closet, scones on either side of medicine cabinet for added light. Hans was timely in responding to our emails and questions. He corrected a problem created by a previous renovation, which we appreciated. Hans was very professional to work with and delivered as promised. A couple of things were discovered in the midst of the job that most other contractors would have attempted to charge more for, but Hans just took care of the issues and included it in the original price. Precision Contracting Services completed my bathroom renovation this past week and they did an AMAZING job. Not only was the team prompt, diligent, respectful and knowledgeable, they really focused on customer service. The job that was performed was done in exquisite detail and exteremely neat. I have heard horror stories in the past and was very skeptic about having this remodel as I didn't wan't to go through all the hassle w/ dealing w/ a service that didn't perform to the expectation. Precision Contracting Services EXCEEDED my expectation 10 fold and I will not hesitate to use them again for any future remodel jobs in my home.

Overall was extremely pleased. Hans was easy to contact and worked with the Village to obtain all necessary building permits/inspections. His crew was excellent and cleaned up at the end of every day. Work was scheduled so we could remain in the apt while the bathroom renovation was going on, not an easy task with only one bathroom! Due to Village requirements, the project had to be expanded beyond its initial scope, and Hans was extremely accommodating in doing this. My only complaint was with the plumber sub-contractor he used. The end result is excellent!

Precision was very reliable and Hans always got back to me in a timely manner. They were clean and straightened up at the end of each day. The work was completed very quickly. I looked at 6 different contracting companies and their pricing was the best. I am extremely happy with their work. The new bathroom looks beautiful.
