Mark also dealt with all the permitting, zoning board and other BS that comes with living in Niskayuna. Mark was great about communication and did everything he said he would, at the price we agreed to. No games, no gimmicks. Very happy and would use again. A++!"

"I had a great experience with Hodgson Homes from start to finish. The installation was done cleanly and efficiently, and the crew was respectful of the space throughout the process. Scott was very professional and communicative. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was done to my expectations, including adding an additional gate on the side that was not in the original quote and changing hardware as needed. He also helped communicate with some neighbors questioning property lines in a way that helped rather than hindered the process. The final result looks fantastic, and I'm really happy with the quality of the work. My dog is also quite happy with his new play area 😋 Highly recommend!"
