"Brian is warm, professional, and we would definitely hire him again for handyman and home repair needs. His work is high quality, and he communicated with us clearly about the progress of the projects. Brian spotted a couple other small areas in our kitchen from an unrelated stalled project (unfinished corners between drywall sections; a sealed-off electrical outlet box), and offered to complete those for us, which was really helpful and generous. He's also great with dogs. :) As a heads up, Brian is in high demand and so there was a long wait-time between signing his quote and when he was able to schedule us in. But, his work is worth the wait. Strongly recommend.

"Poorman Property Maintenance were a really good deal. I haven't had him to my lawn yet, because he hasn't been able to get me into his schedule, but he does a couple other properties in the neighborhood and they look phenomenal. He has always been on schedule. I like everything from what I have seen. He is always professional and does good cleanup. He took time out of his schedule to fit me in for the aeration. He actually worked late that day to get me into his schedule. Which was really nice. He was very professional and I like him a lot. He does really nice work. He cleans up and takes everything away. He is a very, very professional guy. I will absolutely use him again. As soon as the snow is out of here he is going to come and do some seeding.
