He was incredibly responsive to my needs and the end result was nothing short of perfect. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family. Super job at a very fair price!

We had a fence installed in our backyard. Mark showed up on time, finished the work fast, cleaned up after, and the price was reasonable. A week after we had the fence installed a tree fell on it, damaged the top bar. Mark came out quickly and charged a nominal fee to fix it. He was great. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Mark and Upstate Fence enough. Not only was he cheaper than the other guys...the fence looks great. Mark also dealt with all the permitting, zoning board and other BS that comes with living in Niskayuna. Mark was great about communication and did everything he said he would, at the price we agreed to. No games, no gimmicks. Very happy and would use again. A++!

If you want return business from him you have your limit. He charges reasonable prices but needed him to complete my fence in stages due to budgeting. When I contacted him to come back to finish the job he stopped communicating with me even after he said he would order the final pieces to complete our fence. He's good at fitting in quick jobs (small fences) but in my experience will not be there to see it through to the end. One positive is he is not afraid of property lines disputes. As long as you know your lines he will do the work.

Upstate Fence was the best. I will be hiring them again next year to replace more fencing.

The company was great with communication every step of the way. Provided a lot of options for the fence and did not pressure us into things. The fence turned out great! A lot of compliments in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to others!

I used Mark of Upstate Fence for snow removal. I asked him to plow my driveway as well as two neighbors. Even though this was the worst and coldest storm I had encountered, Mark was there when he said he would be, and not only plowed but also snow blew. I was very happy with his personality, price, and trustworthiness.

The upstate fence did an excellent job. I have a very Very, VERY difficult neighbor that extended a 4-day job to a 3-month job. Mark was very professional in dealing with the issue and his quality of work could not be surpassed by any other fence company. This fence was installed this winter. Mark and his crew had to dig through the frozen ground to do the installation. His dedication to detail is unsurpassed. He was there when he said he would be and completed what he had stated was the mission of the day. The fence is beautiful. They installed a 6-foot chain link in the backyard. I'm very pleased with the fence that Mark put on my property - it makes my yard much better - He is excellent with his work and very knowledgeable - very professional and patient. He overcame the many obstacles and I will definitely recommend him.

Mark Davis and his team did a wonderful job of replacing an old fence. They remomved all the debris from the old fence and left my yard looking great! I would defiinately recommend Upstate Fence.
