"i bought a SEBO, which is a great vacuum. The first time i needed a brush, I took the vacuum in and the sales rep changed it for free and said it was good customer service. A couple of weeks ago, I needed another brush and bags, both of which are available at amazon for less than at Rosieks. since they had provided good service, I decided to give them the business as a thank you for the customer service. this sales rep said it would be $15 to change the brush. It is a 2 minute job I can do myself, but it seemed a fair trade since I paid noticeably more for the parts IF the labor was free. I will never buy parts there again. The SEBO is great: Rosiek's is not. Buy somewhere else."
