John came out to repair my Samsung microwave and was very prompt, courteous, competent, and provided excellent service. He also explained preventative methods we could take to ensure proper safety. He was both professional and personable. John even came out on a Sunday evening to help us. With the holidays coming up, I truly needed it fixed so South Park Appliance comes highly recommended as the issue is well resolved! :)
