Took it in and then waited and waited. No response until I called a couple of times. They could not fix, which was not the problem, but I believe if I did not continually call, they would have taken forever to get to it. No apology for time lag or any offer of reduction for inconvenience.

Terrible. appeared professional when I dropped off TV, but after that trying to get an answer to problem was difficult to say the least. only time iI had contact with them was when I called. they took over a month to decide the set was unfixable. if I had not continually called I'm not sure how long they would have taken. Very unprofessional.

I think they did an okay job but they were a little bit slow. We took it there, then we had to wait a couple of weeks for the part to come in, the part came in and they called to say it was ready. I just didn't get a lot of real enthusiastic customer service kind of a feeling out of them. They just didn't exceed the kind of customer appreciation that I would like.

They were great!! Trish in the office was beyond helpful, she coordinated a very long and complicated process of helping me to get my money back form LG because the dishwasher was defective. She (they) went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me!!!

John (JMD) at the Lifetime Repair center evaluated my broken VCR and told me the drive motor was bad. According to him these were no longer available so he could not fix it. Not believing him because they save money by giving that answer (the labor costs are covered under warranty), I took the unit to a second repair shop. That second repair shop told me and showed me the motor was fine, the problem was a little plastic drive pulley and he had them and they were readily available. I WILL ADD I HAVE USED LIFETIME SERVICE CENTER ANOTHER TIME WITH POSITIVE RESULTS BUT IT WAS A DIFFERENT REPAIR TECH.
