How we began As veterans of the industry for more than 10 years, we formed the company in Brooklyn in June 2016 with just one van and one technician. I believe people deserve a second chance so I made another appointment for two days after that. I asked him three separate times if the appointment was confirmed and he said yes. Well, now it's an hour after the appointment time and he has not arrived, nor called to indicate he is running late. While it seems like some people had a positive experience when they actual show up, it shouldn't be this hard to get someone to come to an appointment they have made."
