My water heater needed replacement. Mike and his helpers did an excellent job. KCM (Keith) has handled all my plumbing issues for the last 20 years. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT I MADE TO HAVE HOT WATER VENT PIPE CORRECTED. THEY INSTALLED WRONG SIZE PIPE AS PER NATIONAL GRID AND REFUSED TO CORRECT IT. ON A PRIOR OCCASION, I USED THEM AFTER HURRICANE SANDY TO INSTALL A SLANT FINN BOILER. IT WAS DEFECTIVE AND ONE YEAR LATER ALL THE CONTROLS HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE NERVE OF THE OWNER TO YELL AT MY WIFE WHEN I NEEDED THE BOILER FIXED AFTER WE CALLED THEM THREE DAYS PRIOR. IT WAS FIXED AND THE COMPANY WAS MADE AT ME FOR GETTING THEM TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AFTER THREE DAYS... OVERALL ... THEIR RATING IS AN .... FFFFFF- .. SAME AS LISTED WITH BBB IN STATEN ISLAND.

They were hired through a big box home appliance company to install a new dishwasher. Setting up the first appointment was difficult as the scheduler didn't seem to have the paperwork. Once scheduled, they were hours late showing up, charged us for a part that wasn't necessary and then did a shoddy job with the installation. They were contacted (via the appliance retailer) to come back and fix it and the first time, the worker was a no-show and the second time the worker was late. After the original mistake was fixed the dishwasher door would no longer open. The appliance retailer was as fed up as we were and made arrangements with another plumbing company to come out and do the job right! Even after that, KCM called and tried to set up another appointment, even going so far as to claim the driver was sitting outside my house waiting for me!
