"The salesmen arrived on time and were very friendly. We spoke about the product and what my goal was. The estimate was very reasonable. This was a Wednesday. I called Thursday to hire them. They asked when I would like it installed. I kiddingly said tomorrow. They checked their schedule and made it happen. I was shocked!!!! I didn’t have to wait weeks. The installers showed up the next morning right on time, got to work, and did an excellent job. They were clean and kept the room picked up. But, in a way, I believe a small job says something important about a business that often does jobs that cost thousands of dollars. The office communications in setting up the job were very responsive. The two craftsmen that worked on the job were communicative in what they were doing, and worked in a very professional manner. After completion of the work there was a little mix-up in processing the invoice; however, that was resolved with integrity by the office and field representative working together. I would contract with Graves Brothers again; in fact have scheduled another project for them to replace two attic windows and install a large fan in one of the attic windows."
