They climbed the roof, inspected the chimney and determined the flex pipe did not run the length of the two story chimney but was about 6-8' in length. "Steve was fantastic! We brough in paramount to provide a quote for removing and replacing an old cast iron dampener. We had another company come out and provide us a quote on a basic chimney sweep and they recommended we replace the dampener (which was expensive) because they could not get the dampener open to clean the chimney. When Steve from Paramount came out to provide the quote, he informed us we would not necessarily need the new dampener, opened the existing one and cleaned the chimney. We just had our first fire last week (this is our new home)! Thank you Paramount and thank you Steve, we will be back!"

"We called Dunrite initially for a cleaning (both oil and wood chimney), which was done very well; during the cleaning we were informed that the liner for the oil chimney needed to be replaced. Additionally, our outside bricks on the chimney were in need of TLC (repointing etc.) We got bids from Dunrite and 2 other vendors, and decided to go with Dunrite (one of the other bids was $1000 more!) It was also nice to be able to pay with a credit card. The guys worked hard and fast in blistering heat without complaining. The office people were terrific too. We were very happy with the work and the price."

"When I called late on a Sunday night I received a call back and was told the service is 24/7. We set up an appointment for inspection and cleaning of the chimney. The worker arrived and did a quick inspection and said the chimney did not need to be cleaned and was in good condition and he would not feel right charging the $100 fee and we should just give him a good review. Exceptional honesty and professionalism and we will certainly plan to use the service in the future."
