This contractor was comfortable to work with. They went to great lengths to explain why the work was needed and showed us detailed photos of our roof. They were also clear on telling us that the majority of our roof was on good shape. They did not try to expand the job beyond what was needed

LI Prestige was contracted to do only one side of our house. They gave us the best price by far. They started the job within 2 days. Once they started tearing up the roof, we saw how bad it was and had them do the rest of the roof. They were back within 2 days and completed it that day. I can't say enough good things about LI Prestige. You can't go wrong with them.

Hi pressure operator; guy (the father of a father and son team) gave me a price quote and then said that if I did not hire him that same day he gave me his quote, he would not do the job at any time thereafter. My roof did not leak last weekend when it rained, so thankfully he may have done an decent job (time will tell ultimately). I would not recommend him to anyone else however.
