Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. The Redeye crew was professional in their workmanship and answered all my questions. I was a bit concerned about the mess from the tear-off but they did a fine job on the cleanup.
