"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! You will be sorry. Mike was the worst person I could have hired to do my GC for my new build. In the beginning he was great. Really enjoyed meeting with him and talking about my project. He was your typical sales man, all talk and very lil if any actions. I would catch him multiple times lying to me and making up reasons why things were not getting done. He will over charge you way more than actual costs. He know the business and even better knows how to manipulate people into thinking he will over see the project. I hired him because I was assured he would be there everyday and make sure everything was done correctly. He never showed up and would never get back to you when there was a problem . Worst mistake I ever made contacting him. I would never recommend him to anyone. Your local paper boy would do a better job being your GC. I could write a book on the amount of problems I had with him."

Cupping and bowing are both types of wood warping, but they affect the board in different ways. Cupping happens when the edges of a board curl upward or downward, creating a concave or convex shape across its width. There are a few options if you miss a stud. You can simply patch the hole with spackle, sand it down, repaint it, and then find the stud—essentially starting over. Nail pops may loosen or weaken drywall and may be less effective at providing support and insulation, ultimately requiring more extensive repairs or replacement in the future. If not fixed, the blemish will become increasingly unsightly over time, potentially leading to further damage as raised areas easily catch on objects or clothing.
