Bathroom Remodel
We could not be happier with our new bathroom! JF Santos renovated our 40-year old bathroom which needed to be pretty much fully re-built. They were a great company to work with - they completed the work exactly as specified, the workmanship was excellent and they stayed on schedule even through the Covid-19 slowdown. Joe Santos also helped us with recommendations about paint colors and materials that were all spot on. We would definitely use them again.

Basement Remodeling
They finished our basement. They did a wonderful job transforming a blank slate into the basement of our dreams. All the workers ( Zeke, David, Tim, Maria) were kind, courteous and trustworthy. The quality of the work was excellent. Joe returned our calls promptly when we wanted to talk to him. Highly recommend them.

Bathroom Remodel
I am disappointed every time I walk into my new bathroom. The quality of the floor installation and wall tiles is a DIY level. I believe if Joe had overseen the project it would have been as great as in his own home, but he didn't. The mirror fell off the wall after a month and the grout left stains on my new tiles which are uneven on the floor. This is very disappointing. Damage was done to the shower pan and the shower handle isn't attached to wood so it moves when we turn the water on and off. The faucet handle is loose ...... this is not a dream bathroom like I wanted.

"This is a bogus review! I tried to contact this person and no response. She reviewed bathroom herself before final payment and she paid us the balance. I even offered to take care of small area re grout and I did it same day she payed me. When I saw review immediately I tried to reach her, but no response to email, texts of phone message. She never called me after we completed her job to complain or that there was ANY problem. The first time I was award of it is when I saw your review posted. I am still willing to resolve any thing we have guaranteed."
