"We hired M. Snyder Construction to replace 3 ceilings. This was demo and waste disposal through to finish paint. They started and finished according to the schedule. Mike even took my tenantâ s schedule in mind when planning his time frame. While the dumpster was still on site, Mike let us dispose of construction waste we had gathered up from another project. The entire crew is courteous, trustworthy, professional and capable. I was a Designer at an architectural firm that did historic restoration. I have done many a punch list. I had NO post job issues that needed addressing. We heartily recommend M. Snyder Construction"

"I met Sean McLeod through “Angie’s” List early March, 2025. He has been to my house several times to complete an array of remodeling projects. Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. Others were major undertakings , such as, stripping bathroom facilities down to the studs and completely renovating each room into a palatial spectacle. His project costs are competitively reasonable. The building materials and plumbing appliances he installs are first class or, may reflect the financial restraints you place on each project, He is a skilled craftsman of the first order, competent in all he does. I have “NEVER” employed anyone who can compete with his varied skill sets, acumen and, demeanor. Sean McLeod has created a whole new environment for us to live in and enjoy. He is indeed a man who will turn your dreams into reality. At the time of this review he is scheduled to complete additional remodels."

"Excellent Experience with Ian and his crew. Iâ ve never had my home professionally painted. I swear Iâ ll never go back to doing it myself. I had an appointment within days of first contacting Ian. He always promptly returned calls and text messages. He explained everything during the appointment for the estimate. He was very receptive to our questions and concerns. On the scheduled day for painting, Ian was here and introduced us to who would be in the house. The crew did a fantastic job with spot on attention to detail. We could not be happier! We plan on having Ian and his team back for out trim and doors!"
