"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

Quality work, reasonable prices, insured, with warranty and most jobs. I work alone for most of the jobs and will pull together a trusted crew when needed for larger jobs. "Estimated completion was 2 weeks, it took 4 months. Workers were always different when they showed up. Roof had some overlaps that are unsightly since they did not measure correctly and didn’t take the time to do properly. New eaves that they installed leaked all over the place and they did not come back to fix though they claimed lifetime warranty. Some installed at wrong pitch to drain. Asked for money to pay along the way on job to pay his crew. Agreement was half down and the rest on satisfied completion. I held back $500 to see if he would come back and button up problems. He would not. Gave him many opportunities to rectify. Always had excuses and would not rectify issues. Always on vacation or sick, etc…."

These projects were to make our home easier for him to get around. My husband died before the projects were completed. Will has ignored my attempts to contact him to complete the work. The gutters on the addition don't work correctly and my basement is being flooded with the roof run off. My phone lines are getting wet and cause a buzzing sound on my phone. The foundation is eroding from the water poring off the addition roof. He won't return my phone calls and now his voice box is full. I am battling cancer and severe arthritis and I can't afford to hire someone else. My advice is stay clear of All American Builders in Sidney, NY."
