Cliff and his guys removed all the old carpet and did great job installing the new carpet. They had to move a lot of very heavy furniture in order to make it work. Great job, on time and on budget!

They moved furniture/etc. to dry part of basement, lifted carpeting and placed dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the basement for 3 days. Afterwards, they reinstalled the carpeting and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the carpet. Furniture/etc was then repositioned and things look great!

Gayland Arnold claimed to know how to refinish fine furniture. In realty he ended up ruining our chairs. When we called him and told him we weren't happy with the job that he did, he refused to give a compensation and was hard to reach. He didn't respond to messages.
