Barbara Jeans Furniture

Sales experience very positive.  When we needed customer service assistance after delivery due to several issues, it took numerous phone calls to get attention.  Issues never resolved by dealer to our satisfaction.

Sales side of it was a good experience. The furniture repair service was not done in a timely manner.

First of all, don't you just hate (yes, hate) a pushy furniture salesperson? I do. It turns me right off when I can't spend time looking at the merchandise without a salesperson yapping in my ear. This DID NOT happen to me at Barbara Jeans. How refreshing! Plus, Barbara Jean herself greeted us at the door when we arrived -offering us a dish of strawberry shortcake before we even got past the front entrance. Yes - she's as nice in person as she is in her commercials! I met up with the salesperson that I had talked with briefly on the phone prior to our visit - who shook hands with me - and told me to look as long as I liked and she'd meet up with me later. Now, let me tell you - at that time of the morning - we were just about the only people in the store - so she wasn't moving me along to get her teeth into another pending customer. I then took my time - walked around the entire massive store and had a ball. And, yes - I ended up buying the very best in furniture - and it's being delivered to me in Penfield from North Rose for FREE! I do admit, I probably could have done a "little" better price wise - but I just loved the feeling I got there. Great experience!
