"Mission Impossible (transforming an overgrown narrow, rutted, rooty dirt path into a gorgeous 3-ft.-wide edged stone walkway with a small patio and entryway) is complete, and we could not be happier. The installation makes a design statement without in any way overwhelming our 1876 farmhouse—the stone is incredible, the work is artful and solid, and the project seems to grow out of the landscape, exactly what we wanted. The artistry and attention to detail in choosing/placing the stones elevates the installation to something truly special. Since our primary residence is 90 minutes away, we greatly appreciated the numerous photos, texts, and calls to update us on progress, as well as Rock 'N Garden's reliability, timeliness, and punctuality. "We have a VERY long driveway and it has been gravel (barely) for the decade or so that we've owned the house. Started getting quotes for paving it, and was shocked that they were coming in at $3 per square foot (as a previous reviewer noted). From research, I knew it should be $2/sf, so we kept looking. Saw a beautiful newly-paved driveway nearby. That homeowner put us in touch with Rich Stanley, the third generation owner of this paving company. Rich came in at the right price and with a great can-do attitude. Took almost two full days to complete, but it is a work of great beauty. Smooth, wide, level -- our drive now looks like a gorgeous country lane. It was worth the wait to find the right company.  
Another reviewer was unhappy that Rich did not honor the 5% advertised discount. 5% of our bill would have been a lot of money, and since he was already giving us such a fair deal I didn't request that. What I did request was a couple of extras... a rounded turnaround instead of square.. a special "parking pad" for the trash cans... and another slight turnaround area to the side. Rich and crew happily accommodated.  A+ service.  Can't recommend them highly enough.

"Great! Anton and his crew are skilled and professional. Anton provided a detailed estimate before starting work and along the way as we added additional tasks, so there were no surprises. His prices are reasonable especially given the quality of the work. He was able to schedule our tasks quickly, which we especially appreciated since we had just recently moved in. Anton was present for the entire project and he and his crew are all very courteous, easy to have around and trustworthy. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job each day. "Gaia proved excellent customer service and high-quality work. They were doing some difficult custom cuts on my DIY paver path. The owner, Dan, was a pleasure to work with. He was always available via phone/text to discuss project, estimate, and timing of work. His crew was even professional enough to call me that they were going to be 10 mins late. The crew was friendly, punctual, went the extra mile to do the best job possible, and cleaned up my backyard as if they were never there working. I only had the privilege of working with them for one day, but I have seen enough contractors to know these guys are actually honest, hard-working, and care about their results.
