I have a lot of birds and they are all powder beach birds so I got a lot of dust in my house. They came in, they were four girls. They went through, vacuumed and washed everything down. I was happy about that, but I heard something crash and one of the girls came and told me that she had broken a wine glass. I told her not to worry about that and I could replace it. Then I heard something crash again and nobody came and said anything. After they left I went out in the kitchen and the finish around the display on my stove had been scrubbed right off. The paint was gone. They used something on my stove that took the paint right off from around the display and it was not even a year old. They had dropped something on the top of my stove because there was a dent in it. So, I called and told her about the stove and the next day two people came. One of them was one of the girls who cleaned and her husband I assume. They came in and asked what was going on with the stove. I told them that I would show them. I told them that I didn’t know what she used but she took the paint off. He told that he serviced stoves like that. He said to just get a bottle of touch up paint and we would never even know it was like that. I told them that something fell on the stove because there is a dent on the top of it and he said that we could see it and he said that he didn’t know what to tell about that. I told them that I would worry about it later. They laughed. My husband had a doctor’s appointment a couple of days later and when we came back and there was a message on my phone saying that the girl was here from sparkle cleaning and she couldn’t get in. I was shocked. I didn’t authorize them to come back. I didn’t even have an appointment with them or I didn’t know what to comment so I just let it go. She called me back and said that whether they were coming back here or what was going on. I told her that I really didn’t want them to come back. She asked my why, I told her that her girl made a mess of my stove and finished the job without finishing all the cupboards in the kitchen. They were only here for three hours and I paid $500 for the service. My husband has a lift chair in the living room and we haven’t been using it for a long time because it is done in bad. We came out in the living room about a week after they were here and he raised the chair up. Anything that was on the floor in this living room was under the chair. They plopped it and put it all under the lift chair. Every piece of paper and dirt was under that chair and I had to clean it up myself and she is yelling at me because I don’t want them to come back. She asked me how she could make it right if I didn’t want them to come back. I told her that I didn’t want her to make it right. I told her that I didn’t say anything bad about her in the review it is just that I don’t want them to come back. She told me that she knew when she met me. My husband’s nurse was here at that time. I was trying to help her with my husband and deal with this woman on the phone. My husband was saying that he couldn’t believe that she was saying that to me because he could hear her over the phone. She didn’t even come. She sent somebody else to look at the stove and then she told me that I never told her that they didn’t finish the job. I told her that I did tell her that and she said the next time they come they would have to do what didn’t get done. When she called she told me that she gave me a big break on the price. I didn’t even have them do my whole house. They only did my living, dining room and kitchen. I had to wait two weeks to get them here, but if they are busy I can understand that. They didn’t really give me a time when they were coming. At approximately 3:00 PM the driver indicated to me that his van was not large enough for all my belongings. A second van was dispatched that would take an hour to reach my home. When it arrived, it was clear this crew was not happy with the circumstances and they continued to complain to me about the movers on the first truck. They were literally throwing patio furniture, garden and garage equipment in the second truck while trying to re-tag the items and complete the inventory list. Well after my 5 PM deadline, I had one friend vacuuming the carpet, one checking the house for anything left behind while I was signing paperwork. Needless to say it was a nightmare two days. When the truck arrived at my destination, I was told my move was now a split shipment and to call Linda Shelley to find out when the second truck would arrive. There was a delay of two weeks for the second shipment. There were a number of items that were chipped, cracked, scratched or missing. "American Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks.
