The story was that at that time 2009 I couldn't find a good Licensed Contractor to get the management  board approval in my building, because of the high requirements.. To tell the truth the construction took longer then we expected .....a lot of paperwork, inspections for framing , plumbing  we did received a violation because we haven't  used the scaffolding  properly weather conditions etc...
But we know that Nicolas did the best to finished and we do appreciate that... My husband was very happy wen the construction was completed, a lot of closets room, master bathroom, Large windows , big living room and huge living room...
I really liked bout their renovations that the walls a straight and smooth like glass, defiantly is recommended to see ....
