"I had Nunez Construction totally renovate my apartment almost 3 years ago, 6 rooms with a total gutting of kitchen and bathroom. The work took 6 weeks and I was stunned and delighted with the results, and still am! A few weeks ago the tenant above me had a toilet overflow which ruined my pantry ceiling and wall and I also noticed that due to slight shifting of the building, there were slight cracks in the moldings and certain walls, so I called Efren Nunez and once again, he came to my rescue! His crew, especially Erick and Pavel are as professional and caring as Efren, they spent 3 days at the apartment and not only did they go over everything that I asked them to, they found things to fix that I didn't even notice needed attention. "Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time.
