This is the first time I hired someone to work on my house, someone other than one of my friends as I am just not completely comfortable with someone I don’t know, after saying that, I was surprised !!! Everything went so smooth and I was completely satisfied from the price of the job and the amount of work for the price, not only that, I talked to them on a Sunday and the job was completed by Monday night. Absolutely worst, good talker - ignore/ argues does what he wants to do. Hired for porch post removal / replace didnâ t do it. Substandard work, shortcuts, laziness. Used wrong products made Ponces ended up with excuses asked him to correct his work he refused. Donâ t know how many times I told him to correct the mistakes he just refused. He put new product over rotted wood used improper fasteners. I canâ t tell you how many times I told him to take out the rotted wood and replace it with new pressure-treated wood he just wouldnâ t do it. He just put The wrong TREX products and covered up. Then he correct his mistake use PVC molding. I donâ t know how many times I told him to demo the old stairs just take them out and replaced them with new ones and build them to code all he did was keep telling me divided would you still good and we will use it and he just covered it up. I looked at his website of all the jobs he didnâ t gallery in my deck donâ t looks like thereâ s. My stairs are unsafe unreliable. Stair treads on the risers and he used braiding nails to secure the boards and the nail stick out so you can cut your feet if you have bare feet. I had told him many times just stop and leave it but he wouldnâ t. When I contacted him about making the corrections he advised me that he doesnâ t do stairs a general contractor? What general contractor canâ t do basic stairs I donâ t recommend this company I would never use them again and Iâ m warning you you going to get ripped off and get substandard work. From beginning to end this is got to be the most unprofessional job I have ever had done in 14 years of remodeling my home. How did this guy pass home advisor background checks he used a fake address on his invoice and he used a fake name on the receipt.
