Neil was one of the loveliest and most professional people I have ever worked with. He took the time on our first consultation over the phone to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I hired him from a different coast and trusted that he would have my back when inspecting a property for possible purchase. He was honest about what he could and couldn't do by certain dates and kept his word. His inspection was thorough, including the basement of the building, electrical flow from the meters up to the actual apartment, and well-documented with many photos including arrows as well as a follow-up complete report at the very end. I would highly recommend him to inspect any property even with major concerns of leaks or possible potential for water damage in the future Etc I cannot overstate how professional, pleasant to work with and honorable this man is. His engineering background is worth his fair price and more. I would recommend them highly to my closest friends who live in New York and need any sort of property inspected.
