Prompt response after matching. Scheduled to visit within 2 weeks. Structural engineer came out to do a visual field inspection, took photos and documented site specifics. I purchased a written report in addition to the verbal evaluation in which the photos were inserted to put recommendations in context. Engineer recommended a two tier solution, one easy and one more labor intensive to solve the issue that may be due to two causes. Good experience.

I had a small amount of water seepage in my basement and I wanted the expertise of a structural engineer to evaluate the possible cause(s) and to recommend remediation approaches. Glenwood Engineering was prompt to contact me as soon as a match was made and a structural engineer came to do a visual field visit. He identified a couple of causes and gave recommendations, giving priority to the easier solution first, observe the results and then if necessary, try the more radical solution. I feel that the suggestions were reasonable and appropriate. I paid for a written report which included photos taken on-site. I feel like I had a good experience.

The engineer visited me at my primary residence, reviewed his report with me and recommended safety measures to implement. He gave me 3 copies of his reports, diagrams, & photos. I had a great experience working with Glenwood Engineering LLC. I was in the process of selling my home and the buyer's mortgage company was requiring a structural engineer to certify the home was structurally sound as the joists in the basement had some previous termite damage. An engineer was able to come out in less than a week and although the initial report indicated some repairs that would be necessary everything needed was clearly stated. I was able to get a contractor to come do the repairs and Glenwood Engineering LLC was able to send the engineer out for a reinspection only two days after the repairs were complete. The customer service was outstanding and thanks to how quickly they were able to send an engineer out both for inspection and for reinspection we were able to close on time. I would definitely use their services again.
